Alex & Charlotte’s 2020 Horror Film Awards

If you didn’t already know, horror films are a huge part of not only my life, but my wife Charlottes’s as well. We devour horror films. They fuel our life blood. We have subscriptions for “Fangoria”, “Rue Morgue”, and “Scream” – like to the actual printed magazines. We are constantly scouring different websites for ‘best of’ lists to make sure we have every touted horror film on our radar. This past year, the dreaded 2020, we watched a total of 171 films, 113 of which were horror. Of those 113 horror films, 60 were released in 2020. You read that correctly, there were 60 horror films actually released in a year where it felt like not a single film was released. And we didn’t even see all of them. But, by the beard of Zeus, we saw the majority of them, and I now present to your our 1st Annual Alex & Charlotte Horror Film Awards.
